1. Request your private test online or toll free at 888-439-5118. You will receive a 13 digit PIN number. Write down the PIN so you can use it to get your confidential test results. Payment is by credit card or money order but we do not require your name.

2. Use this website to find the closest Patient Service Center (PSC). Please make sure to call us at least ONE HOUR prior to your visit. We then make sure that the PSC is ready for you and that you will be processed quickly. Your visit will take just 15 minutes. DO NOT visit or contact the PSC before you contact us. Every state requires a physician review of your request and preparation for a test prior to your visit.

3. Expect your test results in 3 days. Results are presented in an easy-to- read report. You can discuss results with a physician authorized representative if you choose to do so. You can see your report by visiting our website and using your PIN number.
